IHS works with TRIPARTITE CONTRACTS

IHS IS A SUSTAINABLE COMPANY, WHICH REINVEST ITS NET-PROFIT IN RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT AND IN MORE HOUSES

1. The MF-organization selects reliable clients, to whom they will provide a 6-year MF-loan at low interest rate.

2. The selected clients build their house, with respect of the building plan, the supervision and the 4 IHS-preconditions of IHS and repay the low interest rate loan to the MF-partner.

3. IHS accomplishes the housing construction in an “Inclusive working Model”, with the client as main subcontractor. IHS invoices the MF-partner with a low profit marge, repayable over 6 years.
